CQC Registration

Since April 1, 2010 all NHS providers have been required to register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

The CQC will ensure that all health and social care providers comply with the CQC's Guidance for Providers on Meeting the Regulations. They will do this by ensuring that regulations are met in accordance with current legislation and include the new fundamental standards which reflect on the recommendations made by Sir Robert Francis.

Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust manages two GP surgeries in Lincolnshire: Spalding GP Surgery and The Sidings Medical Practice in Boston. The trust has been managing Spalding GP Surgery since September 2018 and The Sidings Medical Practice since April 2019.

Both surgeries are registered with the CQC but neither currently have a CQC rating. The trust welcomes inspections for each respective surgery in the near future.
