  • Visitors to Lincoln are being invited to join the Phoenix NHS Stop Smoking Service in the 1940s-themed No Smoking Day celebrations this Saturday.

    A host of entertainment and information about how to create a smokefree environment for yourself and your family will be on offer in City Square and the Waterside Shopping Centre.

    From 10am-3pm, immerse yourself in 1940s spirit for this year's national 'V for Victory' theme with the help of entertainment from dance demonstrators Major Swing, lindy hop dancers and live singing.

    Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) is encouraging its staff to support the pledge as part of the national awareness day on March 3.

  • Skegness Hospital is currently looking for volunteers for its outpatients department and two hospital wards.

    Volunteers play a vital role in supporting patients, staff and visitors. From reading letters or newspapers, delivering drinks or sitting with patients while they attend for appointments, it's the small but important things which can make a difference to patient care.

  • The next Board meeting for Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) will take place on Tuesday, February 25.
