P_HR_52 Managing and Supporting People Through Organisational Change

This document has been developed so as to provide a unified approach to deal with situations in which the number and/or type of employees required by the Trust changes as a result of organisational change and/or transformation schemes.  Organisational changes and/or transformation schemes - will include (but not limited to) the reorganisation, relocation, merger, expansion or closure of a service/department, competitive tendering or outsourcing, or a major change in working practice as well as the relocation of employees either temporary or permanent in order to cover a clinical risk which has been identified.
