Trust Board

The overall purpose of the trust board is to take responsibility for leading, governing and managing the organisation and all of its services.

Led by an independent Chair and composed of a mixture of both executive and independent non-executive directors, the trust board shapes the strategic direction, vision and purpose of the Trust and ensures we deliver value for money services. They are also responsible for assuring that risks to the organisation and the public are managed and mitigated effectively.

NHS Improvement are currently looking to recruit two Non-executive Directors for Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust.

The trust is looking for one Non-executive Director with recent commercial business experience gained in a customer focused industry, and one who is a a clinician with recent experience ideally from a medical, nursing or clinical background.
