Celebrating Success 2019
Welcome to Celebrating Success 2019
At Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) we are really proud of our staff and volunteers, whose dedication and commitment to delivering outstanding care makes a huge difference in the communities we serve.
It makes us prouder still to be able to recognise and celebrate their achievements with them through our annual Celebrating Success Awards.
This year, we received 125 entries for teams and individuals from across Lincolnshire and Peterborough.
Our awards are closely aligned to the values developed with our staff, which we articulate through the LCHS Way: we listen, we care, we act and we improve.
