Bidders Day

We're looking for suppliers of all sizes to take part in an upcoming Tender for our multi-lot refurbishment, maintenance, repairs and minor works contract, on behalf of Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust, Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. 
 
In anticipation of this opportunity being advertised, we're holding a Bidders Day event on November 23, 2016, at the Grandstand Community Centre in Lincoln. 
 
The Bidders Day will be split into morning and lunch sessions, starting at 09:30 and 12:.30 respectively, and compromise of a presentation lasting roughly 30 minutes, explaining exactly what the trusts are after and the process surrounding the tender, and the opportunity to ask us any questions you may have. 

The tender will be looking for suppliers to provide services to the Trusts, including: 
  • Electrical works 
  • Plumbing and heating 
  • General building and joinery 
  • Painting and decorating 
  • Flooring 
  • Gazing and boarding up 
  • Roofing 
  • Scaffolding and working platforms 
  • Plant hire 
  • Skip hire 
  • Drainage 
  • Ground works 
  • Paving and fencing 
  • Surfacing and repairs 
  • Steam services / utilisations 
  • Automatic doors 
  • Maintenance and repair of white goods 

To attend the Bidders Day, email Jane.Whelbourn2@ULH.nhs.uk putting 'BIDDERS DAY' in the subject heading and stating your name and preferred time slot. Due to anticipated demand, places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and limited to two attendees per supplier. 

If you are unable to attend the event, the opportunity will be advertised on our e-tendering portal, www.suppying2nhs.org, Contracts Finder and OJEU in December 2016 - REGISTER NOW TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION.
