Invitation to NHS trust’s Annual Public Meeting – 5 September 2019

Members of the public have an opportunity to ask questions and listen to a summary of the last year at Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust’s (LCHS) Annual Public Meeting.
The meeting will focus on performance, achievements, highlights and challenges from 2018/19.
It will culminate in an open question and answer session for the public with Chief Executive Maz Fosh, Chair Elaine Baylis and other members of the Board of Directors.
A small number of stands showcasing some of LCHS's services will also be available to browse over a cup of tea or coffee.
The meeting takes place on Thursday, 5 September, at 3-5pm at the trust's headquarters at Beech House, Witham Park, Waterside South, Lincoln, LN5 7JH.
