Invitation to NHS trust's annual public meeting - September 19

Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) will be reflecting on the last year at its Annual Public Meeting on Tuesday, September 19.
The meeting will look at performance, achievements and other highlights from 2016/17, as well as giving members of the public the opportunity to take part in an open question and answer session.
A small number of stands showcasing some of LCHS's services will also be available to browse over a cup of tea or coffee.
The meeting takes place at 4-6pm at the trust's headquarters at Beech House, Witham Park, Waterside South, Lincoln, LN5 7JH.
