Macmillan Cancer Support and Healthwatch Lincolnshire Event - September 10

Macmillan Cancer Support and Healthwatch Lincolnshire are holding a joint event on the 10th September 2014 from 11.00 am to 2.45 pm at The New Life Conference Centre, Sleaford, NG34 7JP.

Our aim is to share information about our work in the county, to listen to people affected by cancer tell us how they would like to be involved with our organisations, and to support people affected by cancer to be able to contribute to the design and delivery of cancer services in their area and how they might do this.

If you live in Lincolnshire and have been affected by cancer either directly or as a carer, family member, close friend or other connected person then we would like to extend a warm welcome to you and support you to attend the event. We are able to refund some transport costs, for example petrol costs or public transport so if you think you may need this help then please let us know when you book your place so we can plan for this in advance.

If you are a professional, please be advised that this event is primarily for people who are living with and beyond cancer . However, if you would like to support your patients, clients and their carers to attend the event, then let us know when you are booking and we will try to ensure you have a place. I would be most grateful if you could advise your patients, clients and their carers of this event to ensure we are able to reach as many people as possible.
