NHS Trust Invites Non-Executive Director to Serve Additional Term

NHS Improvement has confirmed the re-appointment of David Woodward as a Non-Executive Director of Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS). 

LCHS runs services across the whole of Lincolnshire aiming to deliver great care, close to home. The Trust helps patients to stay independent by providing services in the local community or in patients' own homes. 

LCHS also provides healthy living services across the county to prevent ill-health and ensuring the best outcomes for those with long-term conditions. 

The Trust Board shapes the direction, vision and purpose of the Trust and ensures it delivers value for money services that improve the health of the local population. 

LCHS Chair Elaine Baylis QPM said: "I am delighted that David has agreed to serve an additional term as a Non-Executive Director. I look forward to his continued support in ensuring that LCHS provide safe and high quality services."

David commenced his term on 1 October 2012. His new term of office will start on 1 October, 2016 and end on 30 September, 2017. The remuneration for the role is £6157.

He has declared no political activity in the last 5 years.
