Our trust board meeting is open to the public
Posted on: 7th November 2023
The next Board of Directors meeting for LCHS is on Tuesday, 14 November.
LCHS runs services across the whole of Lincolnshire, helping people to manage their health at home or in the community through general and specialist nursing and therapy.
The Trust also provides urgent care services throughout the county and inpatient services at community hospitals in Gainsborough, Louth, Skegness and Spalding.
The Board of Directors meeting will be held online via Microsoft Teams and starts at 10am.
During the meeting we will hear from Leo Whiteman, Head of Medical Devices and Assistive Technology at LCHS about the beneficial impact assistive technology can have on patients for communication.
Malcolm Burch, acting Chair at LCHS, said: "Our board meetings give the public the opportunity to find out more about LCHS, the services we provide and how well we are performing. The role of our Board of Directors is to ensure that we are providing the highest quality care and improving the health of local people by providing services that reflect the needs our communities.
"Engaging with our patients and community is crucial and we encourage people to get involved. We start the meeting by answering questions submitted members of the public, in advance."
If you would like to submit a question for the meeting, please do so before midnight on Sunday, 12 November, by completing the form on the Trust’s website or by emailing lhnt.lchsecomms@nhs.net.
